The lyric opera of Chicago chose the radio systems Shure Axient® Digital for the legendary production of "Jesus Christ the Superstar" by Andrew Lloyd Webber. OSA International, Inc., which provided radio systems, highlighted the high definition of audio and RF stability and comfort of usage.

In total, 74 channels of radio systems were involved in the presentation, including the debuted microbidak ADX1M with the innovative internal self-tuning antenna and the remote control of ShowLink®.

According to the sound designer Nick Lidster, the Axient Digital system showed itself in the best possible way under extremely difficult conditions. "The experience with Shure and OSA International in this show is simply invaluable," said Nick. "The production of" Jesus Christ the Superstar "requires rock-n-roll sensuality, and we had to add a lot of technology to a very conservative operatic setting, I think Shure really listens to theatrical sound designers and creates products such as Axient Digital, specially for our needs.
